CLGF welcomes HE John Dramani Mahama, President of Ghana as its new honorary patron. President Mahama is regarded as a communication expert, historian and writer. He has also served as a former Member of Parliament and Minister of State, and former Vice-President of the Republic of Ghana during this time he had engaged with CLGF and been a strong supporter of the decentralisation process.
