Project Officer - SLAISE Project
Organisation: Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF) Zimbabwe
Duty Station: Harare, with regular travel across Zimbabwe
Eligibility: Applicants must be currently living in Zimbabwe or be prepared to relocate to Zimbabwe at their own expense
Reports to: Country Manager
Contract: 36 months fixed-term subject to satisfactory performance and continued project funding
Salary: €18000 per annum.
CLGF Zimbabwe is seeking a highly organised, confident and results-oriented Project Officer to support implementation of the Stronger Local Authorities for Inclusive and Sustainable Economies (SLAISE) Project. The role will support project planning, coordination, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, reporting and effective delivery of project activities. Applicants should be enthusiastic self-starters with strong project management, communication and writing skills.
Applicants should have a relevant university degree, at least three years’ relevant experience in project implementation, governance, development or local government, and strong organisational, communication and report-writing skills.
