GPS project links association in Sierra Leone and Ghana

A new Good Practice Scheme project, between the National Association of Local Authorities Ghana (NALAG) and the Local Councils Association of Sierra Leone (LoCASL), was launched in April to help Sierra Leone develop a national association of local government.  A workshop in Bo was hosted by Mayor Herbert Williams and attended by council mayors, chairs, and chief administrators from Sierra Leone, and senior representatives of the Ghana association. NALAG and LoCASL will work together to implement their proposals.
