LED training in the Pacific

20 July 2015

CLGF Pacific hosted a regional workshop focussing on local economic development in Nadi on 13-17 July. The five day workshop provided capacity building training to enable implementation of LED projects by LGAs by helping develop LED strategic plans in the Cook Islands, Kiribati and the Marshall Islands. This is part of a three year EU programme on Strengthening the capacity of LGAs to support LED to help create and increase LED sustainability by strengthening LGAs and local authorities and supporting their interaction with communities.
