Commonwealth Local Government Forum

Outcomes from CLGC2017

12 December 2017

Participants from 48 countries attended the 2017 Commonwealth Local Government Conference held in the Maltese capital, Valletta in November. The theme focused on looking at new and innovative ways to build the capacity of local governments to ensure they are best equipped to deliver quality services and play their pivotal role in development and achieving the SDGs.

Discussions, however, covered a number of areas and the final outcomes have now been published. Read in full the Valletta outcomes
