It follows Belize’s municipal securities journey and explores how one Caribbean city navigated the process of issuing municipal securities and what that means for the rest of the Commonwealth.

The CSCN brings together Commonwealth mayors and managers to support cities and human settlements in responding to the challenges and opportunities of urbanisation.
